Waiting on Wednesday is hosted at Breaking the Spine
A Saga of Secrets and Lies by Luke Taylor
Expected Publication: September 2016
Girlfriend, Daughter, Sister, Spy.
Bound in the depths of grief over the recent death of her brother David, Sage Wickham walks into the night on her first assignment as an information broker for The Charbonneau Group.
And Sage walks into chaos.
But as she runs for her life in the ever-changing political climate of London, Sage discovers the only way to know the truth about what really happened to David is to become that which he never wanted her to be.
A spy like him.
A spy with two hearts and two minds.
A spy with two faces.
And so begins A Saga of Secrets and Lies, Volume I of Sage, a world-travelling puzzle-solving bullet-dodging new Young Adult Suspense/Thriller series from Luke Taylor, author of Vault of Dreams.
I am actually waiting on an ARC copy of Vault of Dreams and whilst having a nosy through this authors other works, I saw this and requested an ARC for it immediately! It looks amazing and I cannot wait to dig into it! The only thing is that I am not too keen on the cover, which is a shame!
What books are you all waiting for? Feel free to leave links and comments and I will check them all out!
Hadn’t heard of this one. Thanks for sharing!
Anytime 🙂
I haven’t heard of this one! I love the cover!
It is striking, I just don’t think it’s my favourite cover out there! But, I am so looking forward to the book!!
Ohh…havent seen this one before but it soundsvreally interesting. Thanks for sharing and coming by Bemused Bookworm.

Oh this one is new to me. The cover is really catching and the synopsis sounds good so I may just add it to my wishlist. Thanks!
Glad I could add to the TBR! 🙂
I hadn’t heard of this book but it does look quite interesting, and I think the cover is quite eye-catching. I won’t say it’s my favourite but it definitely caught my eye. If it’s still on NetGalley I may see if I can request it as well! 😀
Great pick!
It sounds amazing!! It isn’t on Netgalley, but the author is currently doing to final edits etc. He is amazingly friendly and he will more than likely send you an ARC when they become available 🙂
In that case I will definitely keep that in mind 🙂 but there’s still a little while to go before it’s released isn’t there?
Well, it’s set for September this year, but the author self publishes… But I do know he is doing the final edits at the moment before he gets it in paperback etc. So it should be soon! 🙂
I haven’t really read many self published books, but I imagine the process itself is quite different. I’ll keep an eye out for it then! 🙂
If you want, send the author a message on Goodreads. He’s really friendly and I don’t think he would say no 🙂
Well I’ll definitely keep that in mind, I still need to create a Goodreads for my blog but when I do… 🙂
You have no Goodreads? 😱😱
Well I have a personal account but I still need one for my blog. It’s in the works and by the end of this month I should have one! 😀
That’s ok then 😂😂
Sounds very interesting!! Hadn’t yet heard about this one so thanks for sharing!
Anytime 🙂
