Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the Broke and Bookish.

Hey guys!! It’s Halloween Month!! 😀 It was a bank holiday yesterday, so now I have that feeling that it’s monday… when it is actually Tuesday and I feel all out of sync… You know? Anyway, this week is all about Villains! Don’t we just love villains – the story would be lost without them!! So, here are my favourite villains from any platform! In no particular order:

10. Voldemort, Harry Potter. I will be surprised if I see a list that doesn’t feature good old Voldy…

9. Rumpelstiltskin, Once Upon a Time. I love this character! He is always so redeemable and then as soon as you think that he has redeemed himself, BAM! Back to being a villain and I love it!

8. Keris Veturia, An Ember in the Ashes. I had my issues with this book, BUT, Keris is scary… She is a villain through and through and a villain I would not want to cross any time soon!

7. Anna, Dangerous Girls. She is one of those slippery villains in a contemporary book and I loved her! I don’t want to give too much away… but for those who have read it, I’m sure you understand!

6. Ryann, Pretty Wicked. She’s cold, calculating and lack empathy. I loved reading this book from her perspective!

5. Hungries, The Girl with all the Gifts. Because who doesn’t love zombies????

4. A, Pretty Little Liars. I’ve been hooked to this program for ages now and I am currently catching up  with season 6. I have loved each A so far, and I love how far A will go!

3. Loki, Thor/The Avengers. I think he’s the cutest, least villainy villain ever – and I love him!

2. Society, Only Ever Yours. I love the way that the author turned society and its views into a villain in this book. And it is so easy to agree with the fact that society is a villain and then you look at real life…

1. Amy, Gone Girl. Psycho much?

That’s it! These are some of my Favourite villains! 🙂

Who are your villainous picks for this week? Feel free to leave links and comments and I will check them all out!

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the Broke and Bookish.

Hey people! Time for another TTT. Is it just me, or does it seem like this year is flying? It feels like yesterday when I wrote last weeks TTT. Oh well, this weeks TTT is Top Ten Books on My Summer TBR. My summer TBR is a list that seems to be constantly updating itself, so while this is what I am currently hoping to read this summer, it may change based on books that I add to my TBR or books that I actually get. Without further ado, and in no particular order:

10. those girls Those Girls by Lauren Saft. I added this book to my TBR a few weeks ago, and it made my summer TBR 🙂

9. spelled Spelled by Betsy Schow. Who doesn’t love a retelling of childhood fairytales?

8. p.s. i still love you P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han. I loved To All The Boys I’ve loved Before and I have been waiting for this book for ages! I actually already own a copy and I will be cracking it open after I have finished reading A Storm of Swords!

7. beautiful player Beautiful player by Christina Lauren. Again, another series that I have adored so far and again a book that I already own but need to read!

6. the art of being normal The Art of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson. I added this to my TBR list after reading a glowing review of it! Plus, I am adding it to my British Books Challenge – definitely a book that I want to read over the summer!

5. the fill in bf The Fill In Boyfriend by Kasie West. Anything Kasie West has written is perfect Summer reading and I literally cannot wait to open this book! I have loved every book that she has written and she is definitely on my favourite authors list.

4. tiny pretty things Tiny Pretty Things by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton. As a Black Swan fan and as a current PLL binge watcher (although I was a fan quite a while back), these two definitely need to meet! Who doesn’t enjoy reading about bitchy girls?

3. they all fall down They All Fall Down by Roxanne ST. Claire. Again, PLL meets Final Destination. I know what Final Destination is about but I have never actually seen it! Either way, this is definitely on my summer TBR.

2. the revenge playbook The Revenge Playbook by Rachael Allen. I find books about revenge fairly funny and enjoyable and they normally remind me of John Tucker Must Die and they are, at least for me, feel good books! Schadenfreude…

1. the dead house The Dead House by Dawn Kurtagich. I guess this is really a summery book, rather more of a halloween read. However, this is being release late summer and it is a book I NEED!! It looks so cool! So, to hell with normal, cutesy summer reads and bring on the horror! 🙂

That’s it guys! I could have easily carried on beyond the realms of ten books, but I stuck to the rules. *pats back* Now, I am off to have a lay down before attempting to eat again… What are your summer TBR’s this year? Feel free to leave your comments and links below and I will check them all out! 🙂

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the Broke and Bookish

This weeks TTT is top ten most anticipated releases for the rest of 2015. When I looked at this last night, I almost felt daunted by this weeks TTT! There are so many books out there that I am waiting for – I am not even sure I know where to start! Either way, here goes in no particular order:

10. are you still there Are You Still There by Sarah Lynn Scheerger. I saw this on Netgalley and added it to my TBR list! Unfortunately, I am in the wrong region to actually get a copy of this as an ARC, but September isn’t that far away!

9. dirt daughter Dirt Daughter by Michele Shaw. Again, another find on Netgalley – this little gem was published today!

8. this is where it ends This is Where it Ends by Marieke Nijkamp. Netgalley is my best friend for new releases. This is being released January 5th 2016, but I have requested it from Neutgalley and I feel like, if I don’t get an ARC for it, someone is going to have to build me a time machine because the wait for this book is just too long!

7. tiny pretty things Tiny Pretty Things by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton. As a fan of both Pretty Little Liars and Black Swan – I am definitely looking forward to getting my hands on this book! This has just been published (May 26th) by HarperTeen!

6. those girls Those Girls by Lauren Saft. I added this to my TBR after seeing it on one of the blogs that I follow and I am definitely intrigued by this book! Again, this book was published today!

5. what we sa What We Saw by Aaron Hartzler. The fact that this book is based on real life events makes me want to read it even more! It is being published in September!

4. Most likely to succeed Most Likely to Succeed by Jennifer Echols. I have adored The Superlatives series so far and I am definitely looking forward to the conclusion! This is being published in early August, so it may still make my summer reading!

3. spelled Spelled by Betsy Schow. Who doesn’t love a jiggle up of all the old childhood classics? This book has just been released (beginning of June) and I really need to get my hands on it!

2. the revenge playbook The Revenge Playbook by Rachael Allen. Any kind of film or book about a school revenge plot done well is a thing to behold! I am interested to see how this one will play out when it is released next month!

1. scripted Scripted by Maya Rock. The premise of this book reminded me a little bit of The Truman Show (with Jim Carrey), and I wondered what it would be like to read! This was published in February… So, about time I actually got a copy!

There are so many more books that I am looking forward to, that I feel guilty for having to cut down to just ten books! I have the feeling that this weeks TTT is going to have my TBR list sky rocketing in numbers more than usual… I am going to have to crack down on reading, rather than just catching up with Pretty Little Liars!! Feel fret leave your links and comments below and I will check all of your lists out!
