Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend 🙂 My pick for this week is a group of novellas all packed into one book!
The Assassin’s Blade by Sarah J. Maas
Published: March 4th 2014 by Bloomsbury Childrens
Celaena Sardothien is Adarlan’s most feared assassin. As part of the Assassin’s Guild, her allegiance is to her master, Arobynn Hamel, yet Celaena listens to no one and trusts only her fellow killer-for-hire, Sam. In these action-packed novellas – together in one edition for the first time – Celaena embarks on five daring missions. They take her from remote islands to hostile deserts, where she fights to liberate slaves and seeks to avenge the tyrannous. But she is acting against Arobynn’s orders and could suffer an unimaginable punishment for such treachery. Will Celaena ever be truly free? Explore the dark underworld of this kick-ass heroine to find out.
This needs to be read before I can read Tower of Dawn, which releases tomorrow! :-O Looks like I need to snap to it!

Great pick for this week Lauren, and I hope you manage to finish this book before Tower of Dawn is released as well! 😀
I own The Assassin’s Blade but it’s a book I still haven’t gotten around to, and I know I’m probably not going to get around to it this month either. I’ll be looking forwards to your review for it though. 🙂
I’ve heard some people say it has to be read before ToD and others say it doesn’t so… not sure 😂 I’m really bad at getting around to novellas, though!
Who knows? I’m likely to get around to Tower of Dawn before I do The Assassin’s Blade though! 😀
Apparently it’s better to read tab before ToD … which I will probably do
That’s what I’ve heard, and probably what I’ll do as well. 🙂
I’ve started it – there’s no going back now 😂😂
Sounds good!! I love that cover 🙂
I am behind on this series and have slowly been working at it. I think this is my next read as well 😉 Enjoy!
I hope you enjoy it 😁😁
oooh!! i love novella collections
Unless they are already published when I start a series, I don’t tend to read them, or if I do, it takes me ages to get to them. If thy are already published when I start the series, I’ll read them in order, so 0.5, 1, 1.5 etc
