Ok, that’s it!! We all got ill in April, which is why I haven’t read as much as I usually would – I hit a bit of a reading slump, which I am only just getting out of! I also never actually realised how many books I got this month until I started doing my wrap up! :-O

Oh I’m sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well in April, and that you hit a bit of a reading slump, but despite that you still got through some good books. I’m so glad you enjoyed Gemina, that’s a favourite of mine as well! 😀
Also that is a beyond amazing haul. It looks like you have a lot of amazing books to get started on, the only issue will be picking one to start reading first! 😀 ❤

Gemina was AMAZING!! I can’t wait for the next instalment!! I know right!! It was an oops moment when I realised how many books I had bought when doing my wrap up!! 🙈🙈 that’s exactly what I said – which one do I pick up first?!? 😂😂

  3. Books, Vertigo and Tea says:

That is a pretty impressive book haul. I am looking forward to your review of some of the titles on there. I am working on adding to some hardback collections here, but slow going. Can get pricey 😉

It was!! I am looking forward to reading some of them!! And some of them are re reads as well – which I also can’t wait to get to! That I most definitely understand 😂😂😂 they look so pretty, but they are definitely costly!

I usually read more books than what I managed in April – but I was ill and so was the hubby and the son and I hit a reading slump so… but I did get a lot of books! More than I’d actually realised 😂😂🙈
