Hey guys!! I’m writing this really quickly because I forgot to do it Sunday evening! It was one of those weekends and then I crashed last night, so I’m writing this now! Anyway, this weeks pick for me is a book that I am really excited to get a copy of because I absolutely adored The Dead House! I am definitely looking forward to this one…

The Creeper Man by Dawn Kurtagich

Published: July 14th 2016 by Orion Children’s Books

When Silla and her little sister, Nori, escape London and their abusive father, Aunt Cath’s country house feels like a safe haven. Leaving the smog and fear behind, the girls have the love and freedom they never had in their violent home. But slowly, ever so slowly, things begin to unravel.

Aunt Cath locks herself in the attic and spends day and night pacing; every day the surrounding forest inches slowly towards the house; a mysterious boy appears from the enclosing wood offering friendship, and Nori claims that a man watches them from the dark forest. A man with no eyes who creeps ever closer.

I haven’t heard anything about this book before but it certainly sounds interesting. The cover kind of creeps me out a little but it’s definitely eye catching, and from the sounds of the blurb it fits with the story as well.
Great pick for this week Lauren. I really hope you enjoy this book as well! 🙂

I have this added on goodreads too! Although I’m kind of ridiculous though because I haven’t even read The Dead House and I OWN that.😂 I need to get a handle on this TBR of mine!!
