Goodreads Monday

Goodreads Monday is a weekly meme hosted here. In order to participate, choose a random book from your TBR pile and show it off! Don’t forget to link back here and link me up so I can see what you guys picked!

Hey guys! Before I launch into this, for those of you who participate, would you guys be interested in a link up bit So that others can also check out what you guys picked, even if they don’t take part themselves?

Anyway, this weeks pick for me is a fandom that I need to join. It has been hyped up so much and people absolutely love the books! I recently read the Grisha trilogy in preparation for this book because it was set in the same world! I ordered it the other day from the Book Depository and I cannot even wait for it to arrive!

six-of-crows

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Published: September 29th 2015 by Henry Holt and Company

Ketterdam: a bustling hub of international trade where anything can be had for the right price—and no one knows that better than criminal prodigy Kaz Brekker. Kaz is offered a chance at a deadly heist that could make him rich beyond his wildest dreams. But he can’t pull it off alone…

A convict with a thirst for revenge
A sharpshooter who can’t walk away from a wager
A runaway with a privileged past
A spy known as the Wraith
A Heartrender using her magic to survive the slums
A thief with a gift for unlikely escapes

Kaz’s crew are the only ones who might stand between the world and destruction—if they don’t kill each other first.

I have heard a lot about this duology and I can’t wait to check it out for myself!!

What did you guys pick? Have you read this? What did you think?
