Goodreads Monday is a weekly meme hosted here, used to highlight a book/books on you TBR list. Please feel free to join in and show off some books – but please link back here! To join in, all you have to do is choose a random book from your TBR list and show it off!
Hey guys! So, I have been in a bit of a reading slump recently, which is partly the reason that I haven’t done one of these in a few weeks. The other is that I am using my phones hotspot for the internet and I basically used that up to watch GoT online. However, I am here now, out of my slump, not quite caught up on GoT and I plan on doing this weekly now! π
What if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours?
17-year-old Lucinda falls in love with a gorgeous, intelligent boy, Daniel, at her new school, the grim, foreboding Sword & Cross . . . only to find out that Daniel is a fallen angel, and that they have spent lifetimes finding and losing one another as good & evil forces plot to keep them apart.Β
Get ready to fall . . .
I have basically had this book in my TBR since I first made my Goodreads account 2 years ago. I only remembered it was on there because I spotted it whilst scrolling!! I will get to this book…hopefully soon!
What are on your TBR’s? Please feel free to join in and leave links and comments!!
I heard about that book a long time ago, and I always really liked this cover, and it sounds quite good! Haha, there are some books I have on my Goodreads TBR since… I made my account basically, just like you, I’m sure I can find some hidden treasures there as well, haha π I hope you’ll read that one soon and enjoy it, I’d love to know your thoughts about it π
I think I should probably go through my TBR and take off some books that have been there since forever!! But there are always new ones and they are so pretty and -.- I don’t know lol
Oh yes, and sometimes going back into old discoveries, you want to try and read them anyway… it’s SO hard to just leave those books behind ahha
Meh… I had that book for the longest time, and when I read it, I was so disappointed.
Really? Hm
well, hopefully I will enjoy it more than you did!
