Goodreads Monday

Hey guys! So I was scrolling around google for a weekly book meme that I could do on a Monday because I feel like I need more on my blog since I don’t review everyday! I came across this one, which, admittedly, hasn’t been done in a very long time by the person who hosts/hosted it (Forever Reading), but it is a great way to highlight Goodreads finds!! I am changing the rules just a little bit and I am going to highlight a random book that is on my TBR list!

die for me

Die For Me by Amy Plum

In the City of Lights, two star-crossed lovers battle a fate that is destined to tear them apart again and again for eternity.

When Kate Mercier’s parents die in a tragic car accident, she leaves her life–and memories–behind to live with her grandparents in Paris. For Kate, the only way to survive her pain is escaping into the world of books and Parisian art. Until she meets Vincent.

Mysterious, charming, and devastatingly handsome, Vincent threatens to melt the ice around Kate’s guarded heart with just his smile. As she begins to fall in love with Vincent, Kate discovers that he’s a revenant–an undead being whose fate forces him to sacrifice himself over and over again to save the lives of others. Vincent and those like him are bound in a centuries-old war against a group of evil revenants who exist only to murder and betray. Kate soon realizes that if she follows her heart, she may never be safe again.

So, admittedly this book has been on my TBR list for nearly two years. I think it got bumped down so often that I just completely forgot it was there – so thank you, Goodreads, for doing you job and reminding me of it!! I will get around to this book at some point!!

What books do you guys have on your TBR lists? Feel free to highlight any random one and I will check them all out! Who knows, maybe my TBR list will grow even bigger!!
