Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Breaking the Spine

Hey book loving people! It has actually been a while since I did one of these and for this reason I actually had to go and look for a book that I was waiting to be published since most of them have recently been published! I did find quite a few after checking them out that I actually ended up struggling to pick just the one. These decisions have to be made, however, so here is my pick!

The Heir

The Heir by Kiera Cass

Twenty years ago, America Singer entered the Selection and won Prince Maxon’s heart. Now the time has come for Princess Eadlyn to hold a Selection of her own. Eadlyn doesn’t expect her Selection to be anything like her parents’ fairy-tale love story. But as the competition begins, she may discover that finding her own happily ever after isn’t as impossible as she always thought.

The Selection series has always been a series that I adore! While I thought a while back that The One would be my very last installment, I was happy to hear that the author was planning on continuing with this series! Now all I have to do is wait till May…

What are you guys waiting for? 🙂

Wow, I didn’t even know there was going to be a fourth book! I read the first two and I really liked them, but I never got around to reading the third one – it’s on my list though. What I’ve been waiting for is The Ruby Circle, the last book in the Bloodlines series by Richelle Mead. I’m more than desperate for that book because it feels like I’ve been waiting FOREVER 🙂

I read The One on the day it came out…i think I have the Bloodlines series on my TBR… but this is an ever growing list, so who knows when I will get around to it! 😀

Do you think The One is worth reading? Do you think I’d need to reread the first two before reading it, because it’s been a little while. And I’m going to be one of those annoying people who wait outside the book shop before it opens to get my hands on The Ruby Circle!

I think if you can remember the main plot and stuff from the first two then no, you don’t need to reread. Yes, it is definitely worth the read! 🙂 Do they not have any ARCs kicking about for The Ruby Circle?

I really love the covers! It is one of the reasons that I actually picked up the series to begin with 🙂 You should really get around to reading them 🙂
